Because excessive heating of honey can destroy healthy enzymes, ours is heated just enough to pack. It will crystallize easily (a good sign!), simply warm the jar slowly in warm water to return to a liquid form. Multiple sizes are available.

    This honey is one of the best I have ever used. The shipping was fast and delivery was fast. I just wish they had the 2LB jar we went to the store in December and they didn't have any there either.
