Welcome to the Café & Tasting Room at Cold Hollow. When visiting our authentic cider mill, we invite you to enhance your experience with a stop at our Café. We’ll make you feel right at home.

We feature a locally sourced, Vermont-inspired menu. Get your day off to a great start with a satisfying breakfast. Or enjoy a refreshing, relaxing break as you eat lunch. Sip a Vermont craft beer or one of our own hard ciders. Sample one of the delectable desserts from our bake case, lounge in a cozy corner of our tasting room or luxuriate on our sun-soaked deck with family and friends.

We make new friends every day with our breakfast sandwiches. Probably because we serve most of them on our own homemade Cheddar cheese biscuits. They’re pretty much irresistible (to us too!). We even make English muffins from scratch. And because we’re a cider mill, we’re always making our legendary cider donuts. They’ll make you glad you made it to breakfast. Wait till you see what’s for lunch.

We won’t tell your boss you had a hard cider with your lunch. You’ll also be glad to know we bake our sandwich bread daily. We even make our condiments with maple, apple, and honey in mind. The menu includes wraps, fresh salads, our homemade soups, grilled Paninis, kid-friendly items, and sandwiches served on your choice of homemade white or sweet potato bread.
