Our story begins in a historic dairy barn, where tradition meets craftsmanship. For generations, the Cold Hollow family has operated this cherished establishment, guided by one simple belief: the fruit does the work.
We've been pressing cider here since the 1900s, sourcing and blending local apples the same careful way through every era and every era's press. That apple selection, more than any piece of equipment, is what's carried our cider's flavor forward. Every product we create carries that legacy.
3600 Waterbury-Stowe Rd, Waterbury Center, VT 05677
We are open 8 AM to 6 PM daily, all year. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
