Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Cold Hollow Cider Mill. We appreciate your business and strive for your satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, please note that we cannot offer refunds for food items, unless there was a quality issue with the food item when you received it. Any perceived quality issue with a food item should be reported to us as quickly after receipt as possible. You will then be instructed to provide a photo of the damaged product. Such instances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be resolved/refunded at the sole discretion of Cold Hollow Cider Mill.

All other items are subject to a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt, please contact us by phone 800-327-7537 daily 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or by email: mailorder@coldhollow.com.

The item must be undamaged and unused to be eligible for refund. Except in the case of a defective item, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the returned item is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
