You deserve it. First, we take our own bakery-made sourdough bread and infuse it with a touch of Cold Hollow’s beloved cider jelly. We feed our own increasingly legendary sourdough starter daily, adding cider jelly at the last feeding and then as a glaze before baking. The result is deep, dense, and delicious, especially delightful toasted or grilled, and downright amazing as French toast. Deliciously economical, too — a single round loaf (approx. 7.5" x 3.5") feeds a family of four. 

 Must ship with perishable shipping.

How to feed your inner Vermonter: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and slice when you are ready to serve. A loaf can be frozen for up to 6 months.
