The Can You Say Maple? Gift Pack is a six-item Vermont maple gift box from Cold Hollow Cider Mill in Waterbury Center, Vermont. It brings together sweet and savory maple favorites in one package: Grafton Maple Smoked Cheddar, Castleton Salted Maple Crackers, Homemade Maple Granola, Maple Fudge, Maple Kettle Corn, and Maple Shortbread cut into maple leaf shapes. It is a gift for anyone who loves real maple flavor, and it works for a cheese board, a breakfast table, or a movie night.

What's in the box

Grafton Maple Smoked Cheddar (8 oz.) A young, mild cheddar from Grafton Village Cheese, cold-smoked over maple and hardwood for up to four hours. It has a buttery body, a campfire aroma, and a sweet finish that recalls toasted marshmallows. Slice it for a cheese board, add it to a ham sandwich, or melt it into grilled cheese.

Castleton Salted Maple Crackers (5 oz. box) Handmade Vermont crackers that are slightly sweet and slightly salty, with a light maple flavor. They are made to go with the smoked cheddar, and they also pair well with cured meats, jam, and honey.

Homemade Maple Granola (1 lb. bag) Small-batch, crunchy granola made in the Cold Hollow bakery. Spoon it over yogurt, pour it into a bowl with milk, or snack on it by the handful.

Maple Fudge (½ lb.) Rich, creamy fudge made at the mill from pure butter and milk. Cold Hollow makes fudge year-round for visitors, and maple is one of its most popular flavors.

Vermont Maple Kettle Corn (3 oz. tub) Popcorn and maple in a crunchy, salty, sweet snack. It comes in a sealed tub to keep it fresh.

Maple Shortbread (box of 8, about 10 oz. total) Buttery shortbread made by creaming Cold Hollow's Maple Sugar Granules with butter, then baking. Each cookie is hand-cut into a 3" x 3" maple leaf. Try one with coffee, tea, or a spoonful of maple butter.

Ways to enjoy it

• Build a maple cheese board with the smoked cheddar and crackers, then finish with shortbread
• Serve the granola at breakfast or brunch
• Pass the kettle corn around for a movie night or game day
• Offer fudge and shortbread with coffee after dinner
