My go to snack cookie. Not sure if the actual cookie sans the center treat is a butter or shortbread. Whatever, it darn tasty.

These cookies are so buttery tasting and moist. The apple cider jelly complements the cookie perfectly. I love these cookies. Every bakery product that I've ordered has been excellent! You should definitely give these a try. You can taste that they use only the highest quality ingredients.

I love these cookies….for many years, I’ve made holiday gift boxes for friends and the staff at my local bank, library and post office which consist mainly of these thumbprint cookies with some of the maple leaf shortbread cookies mixed in.
Whatever doesn’t fit in the gift boxes, I get to devour.
