Fluffy and moist with the perfect amount of cheese. It’s hard to look at these without getting hungry...even harder when they’re warmed up and you take in the lovely aroma. They seem to go well with everything and are a natural for breakfast sandwiches. A visitor to our mill from down South — where biscuits are taken very seriously — confessed to us that they’re better than her Aunt Melba’s! We bet Aunt Melba’s are great, too. 

How to feed your inner Vermonter: Store in a freezer for up to 1 year or store in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Heat the thawed biscuits for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees, or 15-17 minutes if they are still frozen. Top with any of our homemade apple butters or cider jelly!
