Our NEW kettle-cooked recipe takes twice as long and makes our beloved apple butters better than ever. Made right here in Vermont in small batches by adding our own fresh cider to fresh apple pulp as it cooks down, creating a smooth butter consistency. No sugar added and none needed. Our Spiced Apple Butter takes it a step further with the addition of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
