Crisp, firm, sweet and aromatic. Like autumn in Vermont. That’s how we describe the McIntosh apples we use to press our Fresh Apple Cider. The acidic nature of Vermont soil and its characteristic “terroir” (as they say in wine vineyards) produces a McIntosh apple that, when pressed into cider, is different from anything you’ve ever tasted. An unsurpassed, perfectly made cider from a real Cider Mill, not a factory. Flash-frozen immediately after pressing for optimal shipping. 4 oz. shy of 1/2 gallon for flash-freezing. Pasteurized and contains sorbates for freshness.

Delicious

We were visiting from CO and stopped by to try the cider and donuts. Definitely worth the stop! Yummy! Had already placed order for more to arrive at house before leaving VT.

Delicious! We live in Colorado and nothing compares to the apple cider made in VT, especially from Cold Hollow! The shipping was perfect and the cider was still cold when it arrived.

We love this cider!

We are usually in Stowe this time of year but couldn't make it this year. We ordered our favorite things we like to get at Cold Hollow. Everything arrived well packaged, cider was cold, everything else was fresh. So thankful we can enjoy our fall favorites!

Hard cider

If you let the ciders or sit in the for at least 1.5 mos., makes the best
Hard Cider! I should know; I did it last year!
