Our freshly rebranded hard cider lineup brings together returning favorites and exciting new additions, all cold-pressed right here at our mill using our traditional rack and cloth press. It's the same cider base as our fresh apple cider, now fermented into something a little stronger. From the crisp balance of Semi-Sweet and Semi-Dry to the bright bite of Citra Hopped and the floral spice of Hibiscus Ginger, there's something for every palate.
