We start with our fresh cider and boil it down to begin our syrup-making process. We pull off the syrup at a lower temperature than our jelly-making process, then strain out the extra pectin and solids before it is bottled. Nothing but the flavor from our McIntosh apples, in a syrup form, is left. 8 fl oz.
