Cold Hollow Fresh Apple Cider
That's how we describe the McIntosh apples we use to press our Fresh Apple Cider. Grown in Vermont's acidic soil, our McIntosh apples pick up a distinct "terroir," as they'd say in a wine vineyard, that makes them different from apples grown anywhere else. When we press them the traditional way at our own cider mill, not a factory, that terroir carries straight through into the glass.
The result is a cider that's unmistakably different from anything mass-produced: bold, tangy-sweet, and unmistakably McIntosh. We flash-freeze it immediately after pressing so it ships to you tasting just as fresh as the day it came off the press.
Enjoy it ice-cold on a crisp fall day, warmed with cinnamon and cloves for mulled cider, poured into a cocktail, or straight from the jug the way it's meant to be.
