This vinegar is the result of a collaboration between friends. With maple syrup from Elliott Acres in the town of Ryegate, VT, it was only natural that their pure, golden, sweet deliciousness was added to the vinegar. Sweetened only with maple syrup this vinegar is so versatile it can be used for appetizers (salad, of course) entreés (amazing marinade) to desert (ice cream topper).
