Crisp, firm, sweet and aromatic. Like autumn in Vermont. That’s how we describe the McIntosh apples we use to press our Fresh Apple Cider. The acidic nature of Vermont soil and its characteristic “terroir” (as they say in wine vineyards) produces a McIntosh apple that, when pressed into cider, is different from anything you’ve ever tasted. An unsurpassed, perfectly made cider from a real Cider Mill, not a factory. Flash-frozen immediately after pressing for optimal shipping. 4 oz. shy of 1/2 gallon for flash-freezing. Pasteurized and contains sorbates for freshness.
When will I get my order?
If you select different pickup dates for items in the same order, your entire order will be prepared for the earliest date chosen.

Thank you for shopping with Cold Hollow this Thanksgiving Season! Getting ready for guests this year has never been easier. All the items in this collection are available for Pre-Order for in-store pickup with selectable pickup dates of 11/24, 11/25, or 11/26. If you’d like to pick up earlier, just give us a call at 802-244-8771 and we’ll be happy to take your order by phone. We’re offering about twenty seasonal favorites this year, plus a fully prepared Turkey Dinner from our Café. Turkey Dinner preorders must be placed by November 19 and can only be picked up on the 24th, 25th, or 26th.
