So much better than my local grocery store brand
I didn't know until I knew...All I ever had was the pure maple syrup from our local grocery store or warehouse store. Last summer we visited Stowe and picked up a few varieties of this syrup. Once I ran out this Spring, I purchased the one from our grocery store and nothing tasted as good. I am not sure why it took me so long to figure out that I can order online. I am so happy I did. We like the dark variety and the medium one. I ordered both and so happy I did.

Cold Hollow Maple Syrup Amber
Best Maple syrup ever and I use for more than pancakes. It works great in sweet and savory dishes. I have tried local maple syrup from CT, MA, and Canada but the trees tapped for this syrup are magical. Highly recommend. And yes it works well in cocktails

Cold Hollow is a number 1 place to visit while in the Stowe area.I knew Vermonters in the resort business who told me that Vermont Maple Syrup is A grade,and so true!You can learn about honey making as well as cider.I bought 3 Maple syrups for Christmas gifts-no more store bought,phony syrup!!l"Good As Gold!!"
