Our NEW kettle-cooked recipe takes twice as long and makes our beloved apple butters better than ever. Made right here in Vermont in small batches by adding our own fresh cider to fresh apple pulp as it cooks down, creating a smooth butter consistency. No sugar added and none needed. Our Cranberry Apple Butter adds cranberries and cardamom (the queen of spices) to the mix to make it irresistible. Lovely (some say addictive) straight from the jar, on sandwiches, toast or ice cream, or with holiday meals.
