Exciting opportunities are available to you at Cold Hollow Cider Mill! We are looking for a skilled and Vermont Sales Manager to join our evolving hard cider sales team. Our goal is to promote the best cider in New England, while launching the Cold Hollow Hard Cider brand into the wholesale market of Vermont. If you have a passion for sales, relationship building, brand development and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you! 


Primary Responsibilities  

  • Sell, sell, sell! 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.  
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Establish relationships with Key Accounts and respective Managers/Buyers. 
  • Work closely with Distribution company Brand Managers and Sales Reps.  
  • Maintain shelving standards, merchandise and review code dates for freshness. 
  • Manage and utilize VIP/iDig sales data and back-end organization.  
  • Spend a minimum of 4 days/week in the market with flexibility to work remotely for administrative tasks.  
  • Work with Owner and Production Manager to establish and exceed revenue goals. 
  • Schedule and execute ABP meetings.  
  • Provide input on and request marketing/brand assets from Cold Hollow marketing team.  
  • Provide production team with volume forecasting and key seasonal trends.  

Skills 

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.  
  • Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team towards success.  
  • Proficient in VIP/Idig or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.  
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting client needs.  
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.  
  • Experience in outside sales is preferred
